Scott Cook – Owner and Agent
Scott has been helping individuals and families with their insurance needs since 1989. After graduating from UW Parkside with a double major in business administration, he began his insurance career.
He started his own agency with Farmers Insurance in 1990 and stayed with them for 17 years.
In 2007, he opened up his independent insurance agency which allows him to represent multiple companies to better suit his clients' needs.
Scott takes great pride in providing superior customer service and thinks of his clients more like friends than customers.
He and his wife, Dede, live in Racine. Their son, Kramer, is with the Coastal Carolina University football staff in Myrtle Beach, SC, while their daughter, Kelsey, works in the HR department of the University of Minnesota.
Scott enjoys playing golf and softball. He is proud of his involvement with the Tim Westrich Memorial Fund which he helped begin. The foundation has raised over $75,000 for local high school seniors.
Donna Maegaard – Customer Service Relations
Donna began her insurance career in 1979 for a local agent. She worked for the same agency for over 33 years before joining the Scott Cook Insurance Agency Inc in 2012.
Donna has lived in the Kenosha area most of her life.
She has three children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She is fortunate that all of them are still in the area so it’s easy to get together.
Donna has enjoyed bowling for over 30 years but is quick to point out that "you wouldn’t know it by my average." She also enjoys collecting recipes and trying out new food. Her friends and family enjoy the continuous sample plates to taste test all of her latest creations.
